Annual Business Meeting

The AAPP Annual Business Meeting is open to all registered AAPP members but only ACTIVE AAPP members may vote in the elections. It will be held from in the Grand Ballroom A from 0800-1145 hours on Wednesday, June 06, 2018.

The AAPP board will identify all AAPP applicants since the 2017 Houston Conference.  Those present at the seminar are welcome to attend the business meeting and the  applicant names  will be presented to the ACTIVE members in attendance for a vote. The AAPP finances, certification, future training and future seminar sight  will be discussed. Those in attendance will be voting for the 2021 seminar site.


This is your chance to get involved in AAPP's future. Elections will be held for the office of President, Vice-President, Secretary and  the Region I and Region II Director Positions.
Anyone interested in running for any office will need to contact AAPP Secretary Bob Heard by no later than 10 AM, Tuesday, June 05, 2018. The Business Meeting doesn’t usually last the 4 hours that is allotted. You will however be able to claim the allotted 4 hours as training hours if you attend.  For non-members who are interested,  there will be available  classroom training that we urge you to consider attending.

We hold a drawing at the end of the meeting. The prize is a "free 2019 seminar registration fee."
