Each attendee must complete their current city and state within the registration process. This will ensure that they are registered under the correct region within AAPP. If you are not sure which region in which you reside, please see the AAPP website home page or contact the AAPP Vice President.
All members of AAPP must register using their AAPP membership number. This is to speed the attendee vetting process. If you are not sure of your membership number please visit the AAPP members only section or simply retrieve that information by using the “help” button near that field on the registration form.
We welcome non-members to attend AAPP with the proper approval from our Secretary Bob Heard and after payment of the non-members seminar rates as indicated. All non-members will receive the same registration welcome items at the seminar as members. Any non-member that is not approved to attend will be refunded their seminar fees with the exception of any late registration or cancellation fees assessed by the treasurer. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the registration was received.
All attendees must register for the seminar using the on-line registration process. No paper registration forms will be accepted. On-line registration access will be available at the registration desk at the seminar for walk-in attendees. The Walk-in seminar rate will apply to all attendees that register at the seminar. Walk-in attendees must meet with AAPP Secretary Bob Heard to be vetted, prior to completing the on-line registration process. Assistance with the registration process will me made available to anyone that requires it.
All guests that attend AAPP functions that include the social hour, guest breakfast, banquet, presidents reception and Tuesday night event are required to wear an official AAPP name tag. They must be registered with the seminar to receive a name tag for any of these events or any special event planned for guests during the week.
