The seminar registration process works best in Chrome, Firefox, Windows Edge and Safari Browsers.  Do not proceed in Internet Explorer Browsers as some of the content may not appear correctly.

Members must log into their account before they can register. Each member must register individually.

Non-Members must create an account if they do not have one before they can register.

Please note:

Agency/Companies paying for multiple or single registrations, need to be paid using the  AGENCY/GROUP PAYMENT BUTTON located below.

Each attendee must correctly list their city and state while registering so that the AAPP can properly list your region.  Please visit the Organization page to verify your region if you are not sure or contact the AAPP Secretary Bob Heard using his Email Contact Form for information.

Non-Member registration: We welcome non-members to attend AAPP with the proper approval from AAPP Secretary Bob Heard.

All attendees must register for the seminar using the on-line registration process. No paper registration forms will be accepted. On-line registration access will be available at the registration desk at the seminar for walk-in attendees. The walk-in seminar rate will apply to all attendees that register at the seminar. Walk-in attendees must meet with AAPP Secretary Bob Heard to be vetted, prior to completing the on-line registration process. Assistance with the registration process will be made available to anyone that requires it.

Can I Bring My Spouse or Guest?

We welcome you to bring your spouse, children* and other guests** to the seminar location.  All of your spouses, guests and children must be registered with AAPP  and the appropriate guest fees paid in full, prior to the opening ceremonies of the seminar.    Paid guests will  receive a name tag which will allow them to attend selected  AAPP functions but will not allow them to attend any classroom training or meetings.  There are no guest fees for children under the age of 18, if they accompany a member or registered guest to AAPP functions.

 *Scholarship award winners that wish to attend the Thursday night award banquet must register as a guest with the National Office Manager at the seminar to receive a name tag and to make a meal selection for the banquet but are not required to pay any guest fees to attend.  

**Special guests of the Board of Directors, such as spouses, speakers and award recipients are also required to register and select a meal choice for attendance at the President's Reception, Tuesday Night Event and Banquet but are not required pay any additional fees unless they intend to bring a guest.

Reminder: Registered guests may attend AAPP special functions but may not attend any classroom or training portions of the seminar for any reason.

Refund Policy

  • A $50 fee will be deducted from Registration Refunds that are cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event.
  • A $100 fee will be deducted from registration cancelled within two weeks of the event.
  • No-shows will be refunded at a rate of 50%.
  • The refunded fee percentages apply to all registrations, including guest fees.
