Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the AAPP annual conference! The conferences are made up of classroom style learning along with workshops to provide individuals involved in the field of polygraph the opportunity to share information, foster professional relationships with other examiners, develop new skills and stimulate the use of new ideas within the profession. Your participation at our conference will give our attendees the chance to gain information on your product, demo of the instrumentation as well as learn new techniques concerning your products. This is a great way to share the uniqueness of your product as well as have the ability to reach out multiple times during the week, to our members/attendees, who are a fantastic group of polygraph professionals.
Vendors can ship thier packages to the hotel after making prior arrangements with the hotel conference rep. The packages will be held for the vendors pick up as needed. Fees may apply. Set up for the vendor displays will begin at noon on Sunday, April 23rd and all displays must be removed from the conference area by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 28th. The larger vendor booths will be set up in three selected areas within the conference foyer area and power is available to those vendor booths at no extra charge by the AAPP or the hotel.
