Membership dues payment is required annually.  Memberships expire on January 31st if dues payment is not received. 

Please do not use this form to request current dues renewal invoicing. 

There is a non-refundable re-application fee ($25). First year dues are also requested ($125). Your application will be reviewed and you will be re-vetted.
